La Maestra

In the heart of City Heights, San Diego is the new La Maestra Community Health Center. The new facility is three stories tall with 34,660 square feet of space. An estimated 35,000 patients are expected to use this facility each year, nearly doubling that of the original building.

La Maestra has always been committed to the three pillars of sustainability: environmentalism, social responsibility & economic efficiency. Our commitment to the environment is clearly demonstrated as we strive to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

This accomplishment highlights the City of San Diego as a leader in environmental stewardship, energy savings, and conservation, while also creating a healthy building for clients, visitors and employees.
